Van Westmoreland, Principal
Van has been working in commercial real estate brokerage and development for over 30 years. He has been involved with an extensive list of projects involving fortune 1000 companies from Home Depot to Arby’s to Walmart throughout his career. His self-made experience, brokerage of over 10M square feet of retail space and unique development background (millions of square feet throughout the Southeast) is unmatched among Atlanta real estate professionals.
Van is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Georgia and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Van resides in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and family. He enjoys running, biking and swimming as relaxation.
Ross Westbrook, CCIM, Principal
Ross Westbrook began his real estate career in 2001, after a successful career in the retail software industry. With an initial focus on raw land and commercial properties, he gradually began focusing full-time on retail real estate. In 2003, he joined Westmoreland Company.
Ross is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Georgia and Tennessee, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Ross earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Institute of Technology.
Today, Ross resides in Marietta, Georgia with his wife and three children. He enjoys traveling with his wife, sports of all kinds, fly-fishing and mission trips to Cuba.
